In the Loop

Finished is just the beginning.

Most software projects end at the handover — from then on, the system only ages. With us, that's where things begin: your teams notice in daily business what's missing. We build it in, the system takes over – and shows where the next lever is. This cycle keeps running as long as your business keeps changing.

month 1

Fit

We build the first version — your team steers.

the crux

Don't guess what you need — look. The first version comes out of your real daily business, not out of a requirements document.

  • Your teamCodefittersYour system
  • Checkpoints: approval before we build, review before it goes live
  • AI support: grows on every side over time
  1. Your team

    hands over: approved requirements

At the start we look at how your business really works – on site, in daily operations, not in a workshop room. Then your colleagues take over: each department collects and prioritizes what's missing or stuck in everyday work – the best ideas come from the people who live the process every day. Nobody needs to write a requirements document: AI in the system helps turn an observation into a clean requirement. Approval happens together – and only then do we start.

  2. Codefitters

    hands over: the finished feature

Approved requirements are sharpened further before the first line of code is written. We build in short cycles, AI-assisted and in close alignment: you see results early and can steer at any time. Every new module builds on the foundation that's already in place – which is why every round is faster than the one before.

  3. Your system

    hands over: relief and numbers

We run, monitor and keep developing – we don't disappear after go-live. What the system takes over, nobody does by hand anymore. And because it makes everything measurable, you can see exactly where the next improvement will pay off.

The first month: the fitting

The first month shows why we are called Codefitters: software here is made like a tailored suit – from proven cloth, adjusted until it fits.

  1. 01

    Taking measure

On site, in daily operations: we take measure of what actually happens – not of what the org chart says.

  2. 02

    From our stock

From our stock of proven modules we pick what fits your business. Proven means: running in real companies for years.

  3. 03

    Made to measure

Whatever is missing is built to fit: your special processes, your integrations. Cut to the business – not the other way around.

  4. 04

    The first fitting

After a few weeks the first usable version is ready – deliberately pinned loosely. You work with it in real daily business, because only there does it show where it pinches.

  5. 05

    The trial month

For one month we keep a constant eye on the system: observing, stabilizing, fine-tuning. Every week it fits a little better.

A perfect fit also means connecting to what already works instead of ripping it out. A selection of the integrations running in production at our customers – whatever is missing, we build to match.

In live operation: two paths into the system

01 · the long path

Improvements

New requirements go through the department's improvement process: propose, sharpen, prioritize, approve. That takes a little longer – and makes sure we build the right thing.

02 · the short path

Bugs

Whatever is broken, we fix immediately – no approval loop, no prioritization round. The improvement process is for making things better, not for repairs.

The share shifts

At the start, almost everything sits with us. With every round, your team takes over more: what had to be developed in the beginning, your departments later change themselves in the system. Add AI – on both sides, drafting requirements in the department and building on ours. What stays with us: architecture, operations and security – and the big leaps.

The expansion stages

The loop doesn't stand still: short cycles, AI and your departments' improvement process interlock – so your team grows into the system stage by stage, until it builds on it itself. How far, you decide.

  1. stage 01

    We build, you steer

Short cycles, close alignment: every week there is something to see, every round something to use. Changing direction is expressly allowed.

    our part: listen & build

  2. stage 02

    Your departments report

The improvement process takes over: departments collect and prioritize themselves, AI turns it into precise requirements. We build – on a foundation that's already there.

    our part: build

  3. stage 03

    Your departments configure

Code becomes configuration: what used to be a ticket to us, your departments now change themselves in the system. AI agents work through routine changes, we keep architecture and operations.

    our part: overview & operations

  4. stage 04

    Your departments build along

With AI support, code is written right in the department – as a change proposal to their own system; developers call it a pull request. We review every line before it goes live.

    our part: pull-request review

Ownership, not rent

Rented software remains foreign territory: you settle your processes into a vendor's rooms — by their rules, for as long as the contract runs. The system we tailor for you is the opposite: your property from day one. You decide what it learns, who builds on it and where it grows.

ownership

Yours. Entirely.

The code, the data, the rights: your system is your property, not a rental. And whatever your departments contribute later belongs to you as well, of course.

iso 27001

Security by standard

On request we align development and operations of your system with ISO 27001: access control, change processes, incident management. Security is the one part of our work that never gets smaller.

gdpr

Privacy by default

Data minimization, clean data-processing agreements, proper deletion concepts – the GDPR is our default setting, not an add-on module. This website, by the way, works without a single cookie.

By the way: the goal is not to become indispensable. The code is yours anyway – you could continue with another team at any time. That you won't want to is our job: our oldest customer is currently in year 11.

Free intro call

Tell us where it pinches.

30 minutes in which we look at your process and tell you what we would build – and what we wouldn't. No slides, no sales pitch. Afterwards you know whether a system is worth it or a smaller solution will do.
