Then your colleagues take over: each department collects and prioritizes what's missing or stuck in everyday work – the best ideas come from the people who live the process every day. Nobody needs to write a requirements document: AI in the system helps turn an observation into a clean requirement. Approval happens together – and only then do we start.

Approved requirements are sharpened further before the first line of code is written. We build in short cycles, AI-assisted and in close alignment: you see results early and can steer at any time. Every new module builds on the foundation that's already in place – which is why every round is faster than the one before.

The code, the data, the rights: your system is your property, not a rental. And whatever your departments contribute later belongs to you as well, of course.
iso 27001
On request we align development and operations of your system with ISO 27001: access control, change processes, incident management. Security is the one part of our work that never gets smaller.
gdpr
Data minimization, clean data-processing agreements, proper deletion concepts – the GDPR is our default setting, not an add-on module. This website, by the way, works without a single cookie.
By the way: the goal is not to become indispensable. The code is yours anyway – you could continue with another team at any time. That you won't want to is our job: our oldest customer is currently in year 11.

A group that runs its daily operations entirely on ConSys: menu planning, ordering, cash book, staff scheduling — and behind them, in the same system, HR, accounting, controlling, purchasing, fleet and CRM. When ConSys started there were around 800 employees; today 2,700 people work with it, plus more than 20,000 app users every day. The system has been growing in live operation since 2016 and is our blueprint today: we deliver a comparable system in 6 to 12 months.

AI doesn't automatically mean cloud for us: where data must not leave the building, we deploy open models locally – on your hardware or in your private cloud, from document chat to agents. And where the big models are allowed, we use whichever are best – currently Claude Fable 5, GPT-5 and Gemini 3.
